capture data from Events, webinars and Tradeshows

Contactous enables you to get a firm grip on contact data from corporate events, roadshows and tradeshows.

Data is accurate as it is manually entered by Contactous operators, including the handwritten notes. Customs forms with dozens of fields are captured and optionally transferred to CRM.

Once your Contactous environment is set, you will be able to manage these 5 types of events:

How to Manage?

(I) Planned Event with Physical Lead Form

a) You give us a copy of printed lead form that will be used in the event.
b) We will configure the custom fields in your Contactous environment
c) During/After the event, take the images of completed lead forms using Contactous App's A4 Scan option
d) The data will be available for analysis and export. It can be accessed on mobile apps and transferred to the configured CRM.

(II) Planned Event with Web-based Form

a) You give us the fields and questions to be captured during the event. 
b) We will create a customized web form that can be accessed on devices with browsers (internet connection will be required)
c) During the event, the leads can be entered directly into the web form or the visitor can be asked to fill it up. 
d) This works along with (I). The data from both these sources will be available for analysis and export. It can be accessed on mobile apps and transferred to the configured CRM.

(III) Any Event (Planned or Unplanned). No Lead Capture Form. 

a) The team at the event use the event's name as a default tag in Contactous application during the duration of the event.
b) The business cards (or handwritten notes on paper slips) of visitors to be captured at the event by the app. Notes on the conversation with every visitor can be entered directly into the app. 
c) This works along with (I) or (II). The data from all these sources will be available for analysis and export. It can be accessed on mobile apps and transferred to the configured CRM.

(IV) Any Event, managed by Channel Partner or External Agency 

a) A restricted account to access Contactous is setup for the channel partner or agency, which gives them limited access to Contactous for this event. 
b) The rest is same as (I), (II) and (III).

(V) Data Management for Online Events

a) Contactous will create the forms for RSVP and assist to integrate with your website. 
b) Data from each form is stored as a separate list which can be managed.
c) The data can be exported to an email marketing system or Contactous' native Mailer function can be used to create and manage campaign on this data set.
d) The data can be accessed on mobile apps and can be configured to be transferred to CRM.
