about us

The Company 

Contactous is a Singapore registered (UEN# 201617860K) privately held company, established in 2016. Focused on solving contact data challenges, we are trusted by 30+ customers ranging from medium to large enterprises. 

​Contactous has two products: 

Enterprise Contact Management (ECM) - Used both by medium and large organizations who need a system to manage incoming leads and capture field activity, as a complementary system to their CRM. 

​CRM Data Quality (CDQ) - Used by large organizations for challenging de-duplication, data quality and entity resolution problems. A version of CDQ is available as an extension for Zoho CRM, which is being used to repair millions of records. 

The Founder

Manish Sharma has 3 decades of experience in leading large sales teams and managing thousand of channel partners in IT industry. He has held senior positions at Sony Corporation, Applied Materials, NComputing and Citrix. 

In his words - "I found Contactous to address the problems around contact data, faced by marketing and sales divisions. While CRMs have evolved in functionality and can provide sophisticated reports, a large number of them lack quality data within them after implementation. In my experience, 7 out of 10 contacts that a business meets do not reach the CRM. Only a small fraction of interactions get captured. The issue becomes more serious in channel-led sales where it is easy for organizations to lose visibility of sales cycles and the information in CRM is only as good as reported by channels in a review meeting. Contactous is designed to address this challenge and our customers are using the platform to capture contacts, handshakes and forecasts at the ground level from thousands of channel partners and agents."
