Virtual Digital business cards

Contactous helps organizations to create virtual business cards for all their employees, agents and channel partners. The information within the cards can be managed and tens of thousands of digital cards can be generated instantly, at a low fixed cost. 

Virtual business cards are the digital equivalent of physical cards and have gained acceptance since pandemic started. They are known by other names as eBusiness Card, Business vCard or Business eCard. 

They are centrally editable, have rich information with a static URL. The QR code and URL does not change, but the information rendered will be controlled by your central policies.

​As the QR code remains the same, it can be added to email signatures or printed on tags.

As an example, scan the dynamically generated QR code which has dummy data: https://web.contactous.com/demo/vcard.php?id=2200. You will see detailed information complete with the photograph of the individual and notes.  This URL can be optionally mapped to your domain address of https://www.your-company-domain-address.com/. This ensures the audience that the card and information from it is coming from an authentic source. 

​Once an employee leaves, the card can be switched off in an instant.  Analytics on how many times (over a day/week/month/etc) a card of a contact/employee was rendered by the system, complete with trend charts.  This is a free module for all ECM's active customers. If needed, it can be customized to fit the specific requirements, like connecting to HRM system or Active Directory.
