The first two fields are used to calculate the number of cards within your organization.
Number of users in ROI calculation is the count of people who have business cards of others and will use the application to take photos of these cards. This is different from the number of users who can access the application within the organization, which is unlimited. If you plan to get data from channel partners, do add them too.
The number of cards per user is the average number of business cards which the user will scan into the system. You might want to consider the cards which are collected from past tradeshows, events or are not in active rolodex, as they contain valuable data for relationship intelligence.
The average salary is the approximate annual salary given by your organization to the user. This input is used to calculate the savings.
